Company · Methodology

How we work.

Our methodology is not a brand. It is what is left after four years of projects in production - and we revise it every quarter, whenever a project shows us that a step is missing.

Phase model

Five phases, clearly separated.

P1

Discovery (2-4 weeks)

We watch the process on site and talk to the people who run it today. We establish a baseline: cycle times, error rates, costs - measured, not estimated.

Gate G1Is the business case solid? If not, no P2.
P2

Architecture & plan (3-5 weeks)

Technical concept, data flow, model choice, rollback strategy. Eval design, before a single prompt is written.

Gate G2AI Act risk class confirmed? Gate G3Eval harness running?
P3

Implementation (3-6 months)

Iterative building against the eval suite. Weekly reviews with the business unit. We show what runs, not just what is planned.

Gates G4-G8Sprint gates with an eval check.
P4

Shadow & parallel (2-3 months)

Six weeks of shadow mode (the agent observes, it does not decide), six weeks of parallel operation (a human still has the final say). Every divergence is investigated.

Gates G9-G11Quality targets met in production?
P5

Go-live & handover (4 weeks)

Complete handover to your team. Runbooks, monitoring alerts, escalation chains. Optional: evaluation-as-a-service afterwards.

Gate G12Your team confirms it is ready to operate.
Three guiding principles

Things we never leave out.

P1

Evals before prompts.

We define the evaluation function before we build the first system. A project without an eval harness is a project without a notion of truth.

P2

Reversibility before speed.

Every agent action has a rollback path. We make processes faster, but we do not build over the emergency exit.

P3

A model is a dependency.

We version models like code, write regression tests and plan for replacement. No "it will be fine".
